1 Corinthians 13
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self - seeking, it is not easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres.
Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part, and prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror, then I shall know then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of this is love.
All of these are true... right??! Love is the reason why we live in this world. Without this thing called love we are nothing. Love is a strong passionate affection of a person to another. Love is patience no matter how you are far with your loved - one as long as the communication is there and you can feel each other’s love for each other. As stated above, it always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres. Just have faith and trust one another to make the relationship work, absence make the heart grow fonder… Because you long for each other’s company, touch, hugs and kisses. And when you are longing for each other, you are more realizing how much you love the person and how much this person treasures your life.
Before when I was a child, I thought love is just a childish game but when I am the one whose into it I realized and learned many things about this thing called love...I knew that love is one of the most challenging thing in one's life...Others say, love is just an infatuation; a foolish, unreasoning, or extravagant passion or attraction, but it is not...Others, love is a lust; a self-gratification, a obsessive feeling, it is selfish, it is wanting something to the point that you don’t care who gets hurt, it manipulates, destroys and controls, but it is not...Lust doesn’t last, but love can.
I learned that love is a unexplainable feeling that once you feel you cannot resist to it...Though it hurt me sometimes, at leasr I can prove to myself that my feelings for the person is true....Trials makes me brave.
Love can wait but hey love conquers all right?
......I don't care how long but I am really willing to wait...I'll always be here waitin for you where you told me to wait for you...So that when you come back you know where to find me to continue what we once had...Yes, it is hard to be in this long-distance relationship but I don't care about it because even you're not here I can always feel and I know that you're just beside me...I'll never get tired of this relationship because this is the thing I know I'd regret if I lost YOU...I hope you too...
There are three things I could promise you:
I'll always be your bestfriend;
I'll always be your girl; and,
I will love you till the end of time*that's for sure*
That's my promise and i'd rather die if I broke one of those....
